What BMS and Heating Control Wiring Can We Provide?

Can We Install Sensor Loops and Field Cabling?

Control wiring for temperature, pressure and flow sensors, valves, actuators and associated HVAC field devices. Cable types, segregation, screening and termination arrangements follow the agreed design and manufacturer requirements.

How Are Field Devices and Panels Terminated?

We follow the approved points schedule and panel drawings, identifying cables and terminal references clearly. We check core allocation and wiring before handover, with neat panel dressing that leaves equipment accessible for testing and maintenance.

Can We Support Heating Control Panel Installation?

Panel supplies, field cable containment and the agreed electrical connections can be coordinated with your controls panel provider. Panel manufacture, software engineering and control strategy design need a clearly appointed responsible specialist.

What Commissioning Support Is Included?

We support the controls specialist with agreed continuity, identification and point-to-point checks, plus electrical investigation where a signal or device does not behave as expected. Functional commissioning, programming and acceptance tests are coordinated against the commissioning plan.

How Do We Work with BMS Companies and Mechanical Firms?

IN-TECH provides BMS subcontract cabling support in Wirral, Liverpool, Chester and the wider North West. We can discuss commercial premises and public-sector projects, subject to the site’s access, security and procurement requirements.

How Are the Interfaces Agreed?

Mechanical plant informationSupplies, local isolation, enable and fault interfaces confirmed with the relevant contractor.
Panel drawings & manufacturer detailsCorrect cable specification, segregation, screening and termination requirements.
Commissioning planWiring checks and attendance agreed with the specialist responsible for software and functional testing.

How Do We Investigate Existing Control Wiring?

We start with the symptom, drawings and equipment information, then follow the electrical path through the relevant supplies, field wiring and interfaces. Findings and any proposed changes are explained, with the control strategy checked by the appointed controls specialist.

Changes to safety interlocks or cause-and-effect arrangements require the responsible designer’s approval. We do not bypass a protective function to make a system run.

What Makes the Handover Useful?

Clear cable labels, terminal references, wiring check records and marked-up information where agreed. We record outstanding issues so the commissioning team can distinguish wiring faults from equipment, mechanical or software matters.

How Is the Work Planned Safely?

Panel access, isolation and test activities are coordinated with site rules and the commissioning team. Electrical work follows the applicable BS 7671 requirements, with safe working arrangements appropriate to the installation and operating plant.

What Should You Know before Booking?

Do You Offer BMS Programming and Graphics?

This page covers electrical supplies, field cabling, terminations and agreed commissioning support. Programming, graphics and control strategy design remain with your specialist controls partner unless a separate scope is confirmed.

Can You Work to Our Points Schedule and Panel Drawings?

Yes. Share the current approved drawings, points schedule, cable specification and programme. We agree interfaces and raise missing or conflicting information before wiring is progressed.

Can You Help When a Sensor or Actuator Is Not Working?

We can investigate the electrical supply, cabling and termination side, coordinating with the controls or mechanical specialist to check whether the cause is wiring, equipment, configuration or plant operation.

What Should You Send for a Controls Cabling Enquiry?

Send your site postcode, points schedule, panel drawings and proposed programme. Include cable specifications, equipment details and the commissioning support you need.
